This is a weekday course spread over 7 days & will cover all aspects of advertising filmmaking, from fundamentals to what will be required to actually make a film.

Description

Advertising is an effective marketing communication tool. If you wish to understand media you must know the fundamentals of advertising. In today’s market scenario all communication is audio visual with multiple brands floating in the market. To be effective in the face of competition, one must learn to be be creative. Ad Filmmaking course will lay the foundation for you to make your marketing outreach effective & successful and train you to deliver your communication powerfully!

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the scrutiny of the application forms. Only those who are 18 years and above as on May 27th 2021 are eligible to apply for the course. Selected candidates will be notified about their selection through an email.

Important

This is an Online Course and will be conducted via Zoom.

  1. Please note that the course is rigorous.
  2. Though the online class time is 3 hours you will need to have sometime offline as well.
  3. Please ensure you have a laptop that works efficiently along with a web camera & working mike.
  4. Please make sure you have good internet connection / Wi-Fi connectivity and minimum 10 Mbps speed, minimum 6 GB internet pack per day.

Aditya Seth

Aditya Seth is an internationally acclaimed independent award-winning Documentary, Short, Advertising & Corporate Film Maker. His documentary Bahadur: The Accidental Brave, on Nepalese labour migration & HIV, won the Best Documentary Award at Dada Saheb Phalke Film festival & was an official entry for the Indian Panorama @ IFFI Goa 2014. Based out of Mumbai and Delhi, Aditya is the President of the Indian Documentary Producers’ Association. Has a sound grounding in theatre & music and has been involved in the making of Short Films, Documentaries & TV programmes in all genres for national as well as international audiences. Was part of the jury at International Documentary Film Festivals in Ontario and Banff. He is also an academic & professor of Film & teaches Filmmaking & related media at the Undergraduate, Postgraduate & PhD levels for the last 20 years. He is an Academic Consultant for University of South Wales, Cardiff, Wales, (UK). He is a Course Director with The Shift Focus.
